this whole college thing is preetty different than my REAL home

yea yea yea i know it has been a while since ive blogged. once again, i will sincerely apologize to the fans and to tiedye for my abscence. life has been a little crazy recently and finally it has had a chance to calm down. for all of you who are curious ill give you a little rundown of what has gone down: BAMF weekend at the pledge retreat in gatlinburg, school kickin my ass, frat kickin my ass, school kickin my ass, frat kickin my ass, school kickin my ass, 239 and 6's, ratcourt night of hell, school kickin my ass, missed my ride home, got to see tiedye finally. that is pretty much a basic outline of my life and now that is in the past i will finally be able to live a semi normal life as a college student. you really have no idea how excited i am that pledging is over and i can resume a life. a life! can you believe it? believe it. well that is in the past and we can not dwell on it.

so now to what the actual post is about: how much life sucks and is boring at home compared to college. i mean there is always stuff going on at school, always somesort of party or an opportunity to have some fun. but back in the little bubble in which i have lived for almost 5 or 6 years now, life is pretty boring and not much goes on. the days of hanging out at sonic and getting the most delicious drink known to man (yes, its the slush), they just cant compare to a day in knox or athens.

so besides the fact that it is simply not as much fun at home than at college, on top of that is that i have to deal with a curfew, parents, and other parental figures that watch me like a hawk. like a hawk. i might have a handle of whiskey and a handle of vodka in my drawer, but where am i to drink it when i have a curfew? drink and drive home? what a silly thought! (hmmm). plus my mother, named pattie, well pattie likes to spend way too much time with me that i dont really care for. love the woman, but there is a time when she needs to let her little baby boy spread his wings and drink some drank. i literally spent all of my fallbreak at home and didnt do anything and i am itching to get back to school and has some sort of social life.

so that is pretty much all for my rant and rave of the night, ps. im really glad i got to see you this break. i guess you are pretty cool. maybe ill see you around sometime?
